Regular Issue Flag plastic stamps
The 25c (1990) and F rate (1991) self-adhesive, non-perforated stamps were printed on plastic film, 12 stamps per pane. They became available at fifteen automated teller machines (ATMs) within Seattle, at philatelic centers, and by mail order form the Philatelic Sales Division. It was eventually sold at Seafirst ATMs throughout Washington state.

The souvenir sheet (198mm x 48mm) is printed on 100% combed cotton with a thread count of 167 x 167.
The original panel (3 meters in length and 50 cm in height) were made by more than 400 people, including Alderney residents, visitors and the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall. This community project started on February 1, 2012 and was completed on February 28, 2013.
