How much money would you spend on a used set C1 to C6 on ebay these days with minor flaws?
Ex.. missing perf, light crease?

Your best bet is to check sold listings on ebay and determine the range. It is always best to wait until you can obtain a fault-free stamp rather than buying something with problems.

Thank you and understood. I don't think I have the kind of money for fault free stamps. Here is what I was looking at though.

Nice stamps. Is the last perf at the bottom row of the 24 cent considered a damaged perf?

Before sending the photos through the almighty photo optimizer it looks slightly damaged to me. Would this be a good purchase for under 20 dollars?

When you ask "good purchase under $20" does that infer the max you want to or are willing to spend is $19? 'Good purchase' is a liquid term, ie what is good to you may not look so good to someone else.

But, if you are willing to spend $20 for a faulty set, maybe with some patience you can find something better for a little more money. You probably saw this on ebay and in no way am I advising you to buy it, but it's an example of possibly superior material for not much more than $20.

Thanks, I will hold out. Hard times here.. just want to put C1 to C6 in the book. In the end I probably wouldn't be happy with them anyways.
