I belive these may be from some of the earlier franch colonies, but im not sure. does some one recognise them.
Could perhaps be from Tunisia. Seems similar to some french stamps I have from Tunisia.

Not Tunisian, but Morocco local post -- specifically Cherifian PTT.

In the Scott catalog, they are Morocco #A7-A8.

I'm currently at work so I can not comfirm 100%, but your assumption about Tunisia is a good one!

I keep a lot of stamps and catalogs on my desk. That way, it looks like I'm busy doing something important and nobody bothers me.
