Some of the US coil stamps come inj "stamp stick" format. Scott 4392, the 44 cent Star Flag printed by Banknote Corporation of America for Sennett Security Products ( SSP ) is one that comes to mind. Who prints the Canadian stamps mentioned above?

Hello Wert

You will find that the 2012 Unitrade does list (see #604vi & 604vii) unsevered coils WITH NO TRACE OF SCORELINE. The coils that were produced on a "stick" of 10 coils were intended to separate cleanly on the scoreline. Any time, however, that I purchased a stick of coils, I discovered that you could always find some sections where the score was a bit weaker resulting in a "semi-perforated" block. I am sure that these remain unlisted because, while interesting, these are really not significant varieties - they need to be handled with great care to prevent accidental separation.
