The blocks arrived yesterday, and it turns out the 10c is the inverted watermark variety!

It is not listed in Scott Catalogue, the normal stamp is #8. I believe it is listed in Gibbons as 7a or 7w or something like that - hopefully someone can confirm this?

"Watermark Extraction Technique" in this thread:
