Here are images of the two stamps in a set depicting workers laying coaxial cable alongside a railroad track bed, designed and engraved by French artist Georges Bétemps (1921-1992), and issued by Congo (People's Republic) on April 30, 1970 to commemorate the cable linking Brazzaville to Pointe-Noire, Scott Nos. 214 & 215.
Here are images of the four stamps in a set commemorating the inaururation of the Yaoundé to Ngaoundéré railway line, designed by French artist Claude Durrens (1921-2003), and issued by Cameroun on June 10, 1974, Scott Nos. 589-591.

Here is a image of a stamp depicting a crew laying cable from a railroad car, designed and engraved by French artist Claude Jumelet (1946- ), and issued by Malagasy Republic on April 8, 1972 to commemorate the coaxial connection between Tananarive and Tamatave, Scott No. 464.
