Here is an image of a stamp depicting racing yachts and destination maps, designed by French artist Patrick Derible (1956- ), engraved by Pierre Béquet, and issued by Saint Pierre and Miquelon on May 16, 1987 to publicize the Transat Lorient-Saint-Pierre-Lorient sailing transoceanic race, Scott No. 492.

Here are images of the two stamps in a set depicting traditional Somali sailboats, designed after original artwork by "C. Robin," engraved by Gilbert Aufschneider, and issued for use in Somali Coast on June 9, 1964, Scott Nos. 302 & 303.

The vinta (locally known as lepa-lepa or sakayan) is a traditional boat made by Bajau and Moros living in the Sulu Archipelago, Zamboanga peninsula, and southern Mindanao. Here is an image of a stamp depicting a Moro vinta, engraved and printed in Japan, and issued for use in Philippines during the Japanese Occupation on July 14, 1943, Scott No. N19.
