It has the general appearance of Sc#1 in Cyprus...Perhaps some enterprising soul printed up some stamps to help fill early spaces, without attempting to fool anyone, or without trying to replicate the original too closely? No idea.

It's crude, almost like a toy stamp. Interesting how they've used the letter I in the four corners. Wonder if that's significant?

It seems that perforations are made with and old kind of "perforator" which was used for a decorating photos' borders, a half century ago or so.

That's referred to as a "deckled" edge

which comes from the deckle a part of early paper making screens

I guess that`s it! No track of it, I`ve tried all kind of key words, no match anywhere... And it`s hinged! (twive, badly...)Must admit, my first thought was a BOB, as this section starts in Michel from late 70`s... But no match, not even as cinderella, so it must be an individual `enterpriser`...
