It seems no one has yet posted the U.S. Dwight D. Eisenhower stamps in this thread:

First example of this:
Same stamp, same plate position, different colors, different papers - All three printed from the same plate - Plate 11

In this case, the red may have been printed first.
They were planning to change from Black to Red on the penny in the middle of February 1841. However, they needed a few more blacks to tide them over until the transition. After a bunch of reds had been printed, they printed 800 sheets in black on Feb. 1, then went back to stockpiling more reds.

The third is a trial printing (from the same plate) on a security paper with silk threads (as opposed to watermarks). They printed 8 sheets on this Dickenson Silk Thread paper.

Fifia: You posted only the black and red varieties of the "G" Stamp -- but not the blue one!

The overprints are not exactly the same, but close. They are different colours though. Please excuse the differences. I love looking at this thread and wanted to contribute.

Poonch State in India printed all its ordinary stamps in red, but tinkered around with the papers. It started out with white papers for the 1 Anna value

but also used blue

for the (top) 4 Anna value, it again started with white paper

but developed a preference for yellow papers
