Nr. 4 it is Austria revenue.



Picture is from a hungarian catalogue, I`ll have to consult it a bit deeper for further information (no picture attached to each nr.), but from around 1866. Several issues, blueish, grayish, yellowish paper. Used in Hungarian Kingdom till around 1868...
