Any idea on the first word in this Niagara Falls Railway cancel?

It could be London, but I cannot find any info on such a railway name.

...and by 1896 what had been the Great Western would have become the Grand Trunk. I have a picture somewhere in my files that I took of the steep grade that the line made down over the Niagara Escarpment into Dundas and Hamilton.

Cynical, the stamp was described as #37, if so, it is late usage. However, I bought it for the cancel on Wensy for a whopping 49c. When I get the stamp I will do my own scan and measure the perfs.
