Great New Brunswick Scott#1 even with the flaws. Wish I had it on cover.

I think NB #1 is a really nice stamp. I have one but its not that great either. It would have been nice to see them when they were new!

I like UGLY! Actually waiting on a bisect of this stamp on cover . May be the new crown jewel in my collection.

Too bad it is damaged......but still, as you say, a filler...and, that's better than nothing.

But, ugly.......never

I have several of them as well as a few of the 6d and a single 1/ plus a violet.

I also have lots of #s 6, 7, 8, 9, 10; but, still looking for a #4 dull violet 1/.

Got one #5 and enjoy the bragging rights from owning one of (depending on the source of the info) 20-60 still on the loose.

My best NB stamp show-piece is a F-VF MNH full sheet of 100 #11.

Ugly was only a loose term for the damage. It does still show the complete stamp.
