Does anybody know what this is, info with stamp says British Empire, cancel looks like 1852 ? Small metal piece in center. Scott # and CV would be great or any other info would be appreciated. Thanks.
Quite interesting GB revenue pressings / stamps on documents these are. Previously discussed on SCF here but I am at a loss to remember what they were called exactly.
There are not many stamps with metal in them so searching for that might help.
