I got these off ebay for $4. I just started collecting stamps and I couldn't really find any info on these.

They are known as QR5's , minimal value, Under 4$ for sure.

The stamps you scanned is Van Dam #QR5 and are listed at 30 cents each in the 2009 edition (still current)

agree. not worth the shipping cost unless it is free. While they are attractive pictures, there are zillions of them in law and registration offices troughout quebec. try to locate interestingf cancels (not pen writings) and fancy documents is the real challenge
