I see it now .

However, a while back someone showed me a copy that the offset was much darker and showed the complete Moose. Perhaps that would be the one valued at $150? Or maybe valued more?

Here is the complete sheet (not very dark) at %139.00

Those mooses have been sittin at Canada Post along time and likely there are alot of offset in the pile. Great if you want one but bad for value since the more released the lower it will go. However I'm tempted now myself since I have a whole album of just high values and one or a block of these would be sweeeeeeeet.

sylvain.m: Good for you! But maybe bad for the rest of us... If there are any more of those, then the value might go down.

BeeSee: Well, that was my original question, i.e. "Is there known degree of this variety". It seems that there is. This is what I was missing: a good picture to compare. My Internet search did not find any picture of good enough quality. Thanks for this one.

nitrolures: Even if you order one, there is no garantee that it will be a 1693ii.. It is a risk to take. It paid for sylvain.m, it might pay for you too. NBut it is like lottery... You may win or you may loose. Well, not loose exactly because you would still get a nice 5$ moose stamp!
