The one I found looks to have no tagging on it under the UV light, but it looks like there are still 2 bars on the sides of the stamps. Is this normal, or could it be a OP4 that the tagging wore off of (i can't see it happening but you never know) Also the coast line in the back ground under UV seem to have a glow to it.
Just looking for some thoughts on the subject

Normal under UV light

Possible T1 with glowing coast line

The OP4 General tagging on these Landscape stamps is notorious for migrating, which is what has happened on your stamp.

This is not an untagged error but rather, a very typical OP4 tagged stamp.

I can understand about OP4 migrating but out of all the stamps I've seen there is still some tagging, even very light. This one has none not even a speck of tagging on either side. Is it possible that soaking the stamp would take the tagging off, and it that would be the case then why would the coast line in the back ground still glow under UV. Just really puzzling me.

I have not experienced any problems with soaking and having tagging "disappear", and that is after soaking about 2 million Canadian stamps (have quite a bit of 'study material'; others would call it a 'hoard').

What you have is 100% tag migration. It is very, very common on the original printings of the Landscape definitives (particularly the 25c and 50c values).
