I can't provide too much information, but thought you might be interested in this link (refer to page 36) where the same Ford Employees Stamp Club did a 1947 cachet for the Canadian Citizenship Issue (even using the Ford Motor Company logo within their cachet):

All of this data confirms that the club was in existence from at least 1943-1952.
