Here is an image of a stamp depicting dancing youths forming the number ten, plus tab with emblem, designed by "ROLI" (Gerd Rothschild and Ze'ev Lippmann), printed by lithography, and issued by Israel on July 2, 1958 to publicize the First World Conference of Jewish Youth, held in Jerusalem, Scott No. 143. Note: 1958 was the tenth anniversary of Israel's independence.

Here are images of a souvenir sheet and its stamp depicting a child walking in both bountiful and barren landscapes, designed by Slovak artist Júlia Piacková (1961- ), engraved by Rudolf Cigánik, and issued by Slovakia on April 15, 1996 to publicize "Eradicate Poverty Year," Scott No. 243.

Here is an image of an engraved stamp depicting "children of four races" and the upraised arm of an adult, issued by China (People's Republic) on April 12, 1952 to publicize the International Child Protection Conference, held in Vienna, Scott No. 137.
