I too saw the Israel offer. I understand that the early years are without tab and after 1974 with tab. Is that correct ? If that is so then the price is quite high. Another question. Does the collection include all Miniature sheets, Tabil 1949 and Halbanon to name but two ?
Tabbed stamps between 1974-1980 are almost worthless, a few dollars at best.
Maybe I should go to the other thread !
