Hi to all
Although not completely decapitated I have called this the Decapitated Emu, it looks like there is some pattern is missing on the neck of the Emu, and after closer examination, it looks like the Roo is missing part of the pattern as well.
Is this listed in the ACSC and although I have a copy, I can not comprehend the listings.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It certainly looks like a printing flaw to me. Hopefully someone can find it in the ACSC or even better maybe it's a one-of-a-Kind !! Nice find whatever it turns out to be.
