Hello to all
I am not sure how to determine the plate number from the digits in the scroll.
The numbers do not appear to be the same on both sides.

Sonic, as far as I can tell your plate number appears to be 97.

Sonic, the below image shows you where is the plate number is situated and how it is oriented.
