Looks like Eastern Rumelia #37a(1885).

It's hard to tell because your overprint is not sharp, but I'm not sure your overprint is genuine.

[EDIT: I had IDed it incorrectly -- catalog blurriness on my part, as opposed to catalog blindness. Thanks for letting me know of my mistake, Nigel! ]
