Canada 1885 Snuff stamp, block of 4, working beaver carrying branch in its mouth.


Picture is from ebay, not mine, I thought the design was neat. I hadn't seen a working beaver on a stamp before. Usually they are posed, thinking about working.

I was always impressed with the Canadian revenue stamps.

The majority of revenue issues have great engraved issues too
