Hi guys

Take a look at this Scott # 427 provincial Flower stamp.

A - The left figure on the crest has a right too far down the body. It is almost at waist high compared to the right figure.

B - The so called clone type figures in the crest has the left figure's bow inside the banner and the right figure's bow is outside the banner...weird.

I don't think they are supposed to be mirror images, one looks like a male and one like a female. The female looking one (on the left) is turned slightly away, that is why the arm appears to be lower. Possibly this was an engraving based upon a photograph or painting? There seem to be enough errors that it could be based on real life rather than just the engravers ideas.

I don't know if they are male and female (they're both wearing skirts and have long hair!) but I'd agree with Mr. Mystic that these weren't necessarily supposed to be mirror images. They're just two native guys/girls holding up the white mans crest. They sure don't look very happy about it.
