Any help identifying this stamp would be appreciated. What I know is it is Austria-Hungary, it is post the 1899 change in coinage. I presume it is a back of book stamp. I use Scott's catalogue for reference, but have been unable to locate this one.

Looks like this Austria 1891 postal card imprint from off of Delcampe.net (except this is a 2 kruezer, older).

It would be listed in a Michel Western Europe "Ganzsachen" catalog, but the value's probably somewhere south of a quarter.
