No worries, thanks for the nice welcome. Maybe a bit of frustration struck out since it would appear I got scammed on ebay just days ago. Someone was selling this stamp, but it seems the person was a scammer. Case is still being resolved.

I already had that number, but I do appreciate any help! I've got Michel and Scott catalogs. I collect stamps from 1986, every regular issued stamp in 1986, plus a few special ones but not many as they're pricey. One stamp is missing from my complete collection. This one.

Here is an "ad" for the stamp you want, citing the Michel number, from someone else in Slovenia. Maybe there's a copy right in your backyard.
