Need help to ID a stamp from Chile, and see if this shows signs of a dbl transfer or just shift in picture.

I think what you are seeing is a portion of the cancellation. Also the shading around the mustache and beard.

Hello

This stamp : Frame in offset-litho and center in recess.
If paper is without watermark is Scott 138 (1915-25)
If paper is with watermark (wtm 215, star in shield, multiple) is Scott 158 (1929-34). This last stamp exist in thin, medium and thick paper.
