Those come from the Collection of my Greatgrandfather.

10 SOLES VIOLET BLOCK / 4 MINT NH 1899

They said to me that is one of the Most Looked in PERU collections, that not more than 200 can exist, the stamps are without fongus, original tela charnela, no time in the stamps, with original gum.

This SET was saved in the Special Box of my Greatgrandfather with that notice.

I have been told can cost up to 6K ??? and Unitary PRICE not in BLOCK (That can upload the price). please let me know about these Block. Is like my SPECIAL TREASURE of my inhired Collection.

A PHILATELIC also said me that in BLOCKS is very very hard to find in these times and that can ADD more Price. that just a few ones exist.

THANK YOU !

These are stamp specimens. That means that they were produced as a test, to see how they would look. The "SPECIMEN" overprint testifies to that fact.

Suffice to say, the market for specimen stamps of any country is rather ephemeral. Not many people collect these types of stamps.

Could it be valuable? It could be, if you found the right buyer.

I'm looking at the 2011 Classic Specialized. Your stamp without the overprint is Scott J35, $1,700 unused/used.
Cheers, Robert

kinetic2012,

You may need to get these stamps verified through a reputable company before approaching anyone for an offer. Stamps like this are considered extremely rare and counterfeited all the time.
