Rough paper has very course mesh paper (viewed from back). The original catalogue listing was based on used examples cancelled at Goomalling Western Australia but other postmarks may exist.

Hi Aussie Al
Still not sure, but here is a close up of the back that has a "crown" and a capital "A" on it...Paper seems to be very thick if that makes a difference...?
