WOW..you know what hutin..You obviously had the curiosity to join this forum for the reason of getting expert and non expert opinions..You seem to have a burr under your saddle for some reason...Ralph, from re-entries is a highly respected person in his field..Go to the website and look at his credentials...I really do not appreciate your comments as to respect of Ralph's expertise in the field of re-entries..I also do not appreciated your comments towards me....I wish that you had come to this forum with respect to every one on here as you should have done...If your demeaning comments continue, then maybe you should find another forum that would appreciate your attitude...Sorry you feel the way you do...WERT

Hutin, Ralph from re-entries.com is a respected expert. Maybe what he was telling you for your 96 is that since there is only one plate (and he probably got his hands on a full sheet) no new re-entries can be found. Re-entries have to be constant at a precise position on every sheet to be a re-entry. Maybe what you had was a one time error on a precise sheet. Would love to see a scan of it.
Surely there is a way of exchanging observations, ideas and opinions in a respectful manner.

Hutin : me too would be curious to see a scan of your #96.
Can you do that?

With the expertise of all the people on this site and God knows there is, it might become an interesting subject to debate

it is curious to see that in Unitrade many re-entries in the book came from the collection of this dark Sir...like 73iii, 129iv,etc etc etc ...he s very lucky to be the only one to have these because sorry where s they other ones?????? next time I go to the bank I will take the stamp and send pictures of it because my stamp collection is in a safety box....wert maybe I express myself badly because I m Russian I have nothing against you but I know the stamp market and I saw many people who think he has a rarity but nobody see their treasure in the same way

my re-entry has many horizontal lines in CANADA POSTAGE like 96i, lines in HALF but instead to have lines above the 2 in LEFT 1/2 I have lines above the RIGHT 1/2 and five horizontal lines below QUÉBEC...the stamp don't have the line like 96i below CENTENAIRE (i have a blurry picture here)

I found this discussion a bit disturbing, and I agree with Wert. Show us a picture and we can enjoy the re-entry, if it is one. I very rarely saw people on this site get personal like you did, and frankly, it does not belong here, especially when one question the expertise of a fellow philatelist, recognized as an expert, and that has contributed so much to the enjoyment of the hobby by so many of us. Also note that if the motive is $, a re-entry of a fine copy of # 96 is worth approx 30$ and can more likely be purchased at your local stamp club or on ebay for 10$, or less, so hardly a rarity. I would suggest refraining from personal attack on the web site, stay on the topic, show your treasures pictures so we can all enjoy reading your posts and learn, from you and all SCF members, amateurs and experts, especially when it is from world recognized experts like Mr. Trimble
