Was trolling through the old posts and I found this one. Sad to say that is not a re-entry. Looks more like a small ink smear, or an ink pull from when the plate was being removed from the sheet. A re-entry would result in doubling of the image, so the extra markings would be parallel to the framelines. The little marks on your stamp are coming off on an angle, like the ink is being smeared into the white space.

Wow so I stand corrected, that is certainly a MAJOR re-entry. Consider where from the design those jagged lines must have come from! It may be close to qualifying as a misplaced entry. The closest spot on the design, so the closest place on the transfer roll, that those marking would be erroneously rocked in from is certainly more than 1mm away. A very interesting find indeed!

re entries.com is a funny site...i sent many re-entries there and the guy is stubborn I sent to him a superb re-entry of no.96 and he sais that it was impossible to find a new re-entry because we have only 1 plate blablabla I dont trust this guy
