2nd Row, L to R, Russia, Saar, ---, Italy postage due, Lebanon

I can never find or remember those small Russian states.

The yellow stamp at the centre of the bottom row is Russia, Army of the north SC#3 issued 1919. OKCA are the initials in Russian meaning Special Corps, Army of the North

Fifth stamp in the top row is Japanese Occupation of Burma, SG J96 of 1943 (30p mint)
