Hi all:
I found this thread on a search for Gulf States catalog. I have a small pile of Fujeria, Ras Al Kahaima, Manama, Mahra, Dubai, Umm Al Qiwain and on to infinity that I am trying to catalog. My assumption from the preceding is the best source for my project is Michel Gulf States.
Is that correct? I have searched ebay and Better World Books but none came up. Is there a US source for one of these? If anyone reading this has one they may want to sell, please PM me.

yes, Michel Gulf States is the best going for this material.
I was fortunate to have a gift of the Catalogue from member Postmaster GS
some 5 years ago, use it frequently.

What are you needing, Wheelman? Listings of what was issued, or catalogue values?

And are you restricting to Trucial States or also including Yemen, Qatar, etc?
