Dutch And Spain Precancel

hello,
I wonder if Spain and The Netherlands had precancel stamps or not.
If yes, there is somebody so kind to post a couple of samples'

In my experience, Spain never used precancels. They did make good use of perfins, though.

Spain: none are listed in the catalog of 'foreign' precancels.
Netherlands: Yes, all cancels of this style are considered precancels:

great! So I will look to find the Dutch pre-cancel. Somebody told me that there are 90 different towns (from Aalsmer to Zwolle) which used precancel.
I wonder if they are easy to find or tehy are rare and costly...
Another thing I would like to know which are teh Countrie which used precancel.
I have this list:
-Algeria
-Austria
-Belgium
-Canada
-France
-Germany (EAST)
-Hungary
-Luxemburg
-The Netherlands
-Philipinas
-Tunisia
-USA(plus its Trust Territory and U.N.)
Are my list correct? or Do I miss some Countries?

Canada certainly did.
Shown are two issues which show what are, I believe to be Style V precancels, though the one on the left, King George V, may be a style W (our experts can correct me).



The Unitrade catalogue has a page outlining all the precancels used on Canadian stamps.



Early precancels were bar types, showing various patterns. Later city/town names and code numbers were used.

Belgian had a variety of different precancels.

Here is one example I have on cover. This one os for 1938. This type of precancel was used from 1906 to 1938.

I wonder that I never know that even Great Britain had precancel! Somebody has an image as sample' Also danzig is peculira... any samples.
I cheked Delcampe and ebay to see prices and offerings about Dutch precancel stamps... but there are no lots for sale! Perhaps the right search it is not "Dutch precancel" but something else... any idea how to reach those offerings?

Fabio I have a Netherlands specialized catalog...it is in Dutch...so I will have to ask my wife to see what we can find out about precancels...i have a Netherlands collection and this is the first I have heard about the pre cancels..but there may be something in the catalogus !!

Arrrrghhhhh!! Every day I learn something new...now I have to go through all the Netherlands junk packets and look for stamps with lines through them !!

Translate 'precancel', the meaning that is, into other languages and try seraching with those terms.

Example
French = preoblitere (easy for non-French North American keyboards) or préoblitéré .

German = Vorausentwertung or Vorausentwertungen .

There must be ?? abbreviations for these also I would hope.

Of course I am full of questions... but now I do not want to bore you! ;-)
Anyway a short question: which is the translation of the word "precancel" in different languages including Dutch??

Some call preoblitere by PO or preo, which is funny a bit in English I am afraid. No harm meant, just looking on Google and Delcampe and ebay.

I think that Dutch also use German words sometimes so the German would be OK mostly.

In Dutch the translation would be voorafstempel, but that word is seldom used. The device that applies the cancel is called rolstempel
(roller cancel).
