Here is an image of an engraved stamp depicting women's basketball, issued by Japan on October 28, 1956 to publicize the 11th National Athletic Meet, held in Hyogo Prefecture, Scott No. 629.

Here is an image of an engraved stamp depicting a basketball player, designed by Nguyen Minh Hoang, and issued by (South) Vietnam on December 14, 1965 as one of a set of four stamps publicizing the 3rd South-East Asia Peninsular Games, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Scott No. 272.

The 5th FIBA (International Basketball Federation) World Championship was an international basketball competition hosted by Montevideo, Uruguay from May 27 to June 11, 1967. Here is an image of an airmail souvenir sheet, printed by lithography, and issued by Uruguay on June 9, 1967 to publicize the event, Scott No. C318.
