Note that the catalog shown on that page is only an update to the 2012 catalog.

Yes, the Danish test says something like:

Updates to "Julemærker Norden 2012" with official Christmas seals from Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland, as well as additions especially to Iceland and Norway, but also to Finland, Åland, Sweden and Estonia.

The supplement also contains some editorial corrections in relation to "Julemærker Norden 2012". To get the full enjoyment of the supplement, you must have "Julemærker Norden 2012". Format 145 x 210 mm. Language is Danish.

I try to answer the first post in this tread.

I have a bunch of these Norway pieces, literally, that I am curious what they are (were)? Are these parcel post or postage due or what. There are a lot of signatures on the back and postmarks on both sides.

I think these are "Postanvisning" = money Order

I'm not 100% sure but they followed a package and this was what you got in your postbox. You brought this to the post office and received the package. The post office kept the part with stamps, and the left part was the recite to you.
I remember that it was possible to bay kilo ware with the parts with stamps on back in the days.

I found a picture of a complete one.
