I have a bunch of these Norway pieces, literally, that I am curious what they are (were)? Are these parcel post or postage due or what. There are a lot of signatures on the back and postmarks on both sides.

They are all regular stamps. You can find them in Michel, Scott etc.

For what it's worth,
Hungary had stamped cards
they were a tax on mailing parcels,
the revenue was collected by the post office
and passed on to Treasury.

rod I think I saw something like this for Switzerland in the same era so I wonder if that was commonly done. Too bad I don't have a full card from Norway.

The bottom piece with the Oslo cancel, says 'utbetalt' on it. That is Norwegian for paid out. It looks as if it could be some sort of postal cheque.

I think they're mail order forms (or "giro" as we called at home), for sending money through the post. Very usual some years ago, but not longer. On some pieces you can see the figure (either in numbers or in letters) stating the amount sent.

I have used the Google translator to check some words on the many other pieces I have. Whoever had these consistently tore the same corner off for the stamps but I have seen several words translating to "package" or "damaged" etc. And I found this ebay item from 1938 that looks VERY similar to my pieces and that item is a postal parcel card. I think that is what it is.

Hinge them and place on light blue quadrille page
with heading as to what you believe they are.
They can be arranged attractively, as you would a collection
of Slogan Postmarks.
Someone 50 years from now will bless you, as that will be what they need
for their exhibit.
or,... plonk them on ebay.
I have paid good money for similar bits that fit a collecting niche.

What kind of information are you looking for? I find that if I run a Google search on "Norwegian Christmas seals" that several sites come up with small amounts of info, but if you want a comprehensive listing you may need to get a copy of the AFA Julemærker Norden catalog. It is in Danish, but not too hard to use for those of us who are limited in languages other than English.
