Well I have been doing quite a bit of reasearch on this and I need some other opinions here to see if this just might be one of those rare Black Hardings
It is Perf 11 correct? It is off centre correct? Under magnification the piece Harding is writen on touches the outer line of the lower right 2 outer line, where as it doesnt on the left side, plenty of room there,,could drive a car though that side,,couldnt on the right side though..it also appears the ink itself isnt there on that outter white ring of the 2,,the black actually indents that outter white ring...I dont know but the entire thing looks off to me and I havnt been drinking a drop hehehhe.Maybe this is it?? Thaughts guys?
Ok here we go,my fingers are crossed on this one of course!

Centering has nothing to do with the valuable 2c Harding variety (Scott #613). First and foremost, the stamp must be a rotary press printing, which is darned hard to determine, then it must be perf 11, not 10.

The flat plate is 19.25 x 22.25 millimeters. The rotary plate is 19.25 x 22.50 millimeters. These measurements are from the Scott Specialized.

For people obsessed with finding this stamp, buy a copy of Scott #612, which is rotary perf 10 (price about $1). The valuable stamp will be PRECISELY the same size, but perf 11. Unfortunately, random paper shrinkage makes the ID all the more difficult.

The plate number MUST be 14866, 14867, 14900, 14901, 14938, 14939, 14995, or 14996 (per Durland). The 2000 Edition of Durland states, however, that as of that printing, no plate number copy has ever been found. That would presumably be the ultimate proof-positive.

Note that the "cheap" rotary is only worth a buck, at most.

Today must be "613" day with 3-4 post all on the same stamp. However I am curious if the new poster Carrie can elaborate more on the above picture. Is there an APS cert with it and was it just bought or found . Maybe adding it to the other 613 post will assist others.
Also welcome Carrie and please jump in anytime.

It won't let me upload for some reason today, I will figure it out. until then this is the info on the stamp: I was looking through my dads things, he collected coins, I have never seen a stamp. I guess the story is that he repo'd a car in the late 70's and this was in the truck, he has waited the legal time and longer, for him to get his stuff. the paper says perf.11 rotary press harding....613 cat. valued at 7000, that was in 1976 scott no. 610, used, genuine, short perfs...
