Has anyone seen this before and/or know anything about it?

I have 6 of these and the earliest is numbered 213. I wonder how many there were and what they would cost now?

I remember something about those... I think it was part of a USA color guide shown all the different shades.

Six years have gone by since I wrote the first post on the "Educator Packets" from Stanley Gibbons. Since that time, I have collected a few more.

The original post was of card No. 214 which shows different colors of reds. Here's another card of the same number, but the colors are in a different order.
