The reason I asked about the date of the cancel:

"No, not exactly, but it is mixed 4-color franking, and certainly of interest to somebody, somewhere. Is the postmark before July 1, 1922?

============

Yes, it is from March (6?), 1922...

============

The inflation began in earnest in the spring of 1923; by fall, inflation was raging, peaking in December. The postage for a local letter (Briefe Ortsverkehr) up to 20 grams was 125 pfennig from January 1 to July 1, 1922. Your cover has 140 pfennig, so it must have had some extra service costing 15 pfennig, or less likely, simply overpaid.
