CJVU = Croham Junior Valley Unit (Scouts)

Croham Valley Venture Scout and Ranger Guide Unit

Souvenir Covers were 55p
These were issued 1981
Yours is 1984 opt in blue.

Thanks Rod. How could I have missed such an obvious abbreviation? But then I guess that in Australia at this time of year you talk of little else than the Croham Valley scouts.
