Siberia "Nikolaevsk On Amur" Forgery?

This stamp is listed on ebay as Siberia No 68, Priamur Government Issues - Nikolaevsk on Amur. However, the overprint looks to be a modern inkjet application (notice the dots.) These overprints are very rare; anyone have scans of genuine overprints for comparisson?

There seems to be plenty of these overprints on ebay and other auction sites, but most of the images are too poor to see clearly.

Here is a similar Siberia overprint on ebay. I don't know if it is genuine, but is looks like a handstamp, which is what this overprint is supposed to be.
