Here is an image of King Luiz of Portugal, Scott #24, an 1866-67 blue 120 Reis. It is clearly new so that's not an issue. On this issue, Scott's refers to reprints on this and other issues. The question is, is this the original, or a reprint? Scott's says reprints were made in 1885 and 1905, but I can find nothing that dilineates the difference.
The reference to Note 4 refers to earlier issues, so it's not relevant here.

Your help is appreciated.

Here is the front and back of the issue.

I think it is the called "Italian forgery".
The "2" (in 120 top right) has a flat curve turned to the "0" (cut 2).
In originals the "2" is perfect.

An expensive forgery though. This is valued in Afinsa 2011 at €70.
