I happened to have a complete and intact book of stamps of Scott's Stamp Miniature Portraits of Rulers of the world of 19th Century. Could you guys tell me what is this worth for? What year has it been issued ? Does anybody know? I'm enclosing some photos. Thank you for attention.

I thought it was a little bit more since saw guys chatting about paying $8.00 for each stamp. Should I try to sell separately?

This thread is starting to look as an "undercover sale".
