A nice cinderella stamp to say the least.

I am wondering of the Ward company had those printed up for use on their mail to their different customers? This is just a guess of course.

I believe this would come under the topic of a "Poster Stamp" in the cinderella realm.

The top of that poster stamp reads "Series A, No. 5", suggesting that there are many more examples to the series. Anyone have other examples to post?

I also have a Series A #3 and I will post it tomorrow. It's for their tires.

Considering the number of Montgomery Ward-addressed covers available, I'm guessing someone skimmed their files before they closed!
