I concur, based on the neckline. The QV neckline is more or less horizontal. |

From the London Times, January 4, 1887:
"...Mr. Harold Bumble, Chief Engraver of Thomas de la Rue Stamp Printers, Ltd., has been promoted and reassigned to Rangoon, Burma, to design and supervise production of Her Majesty's postage stamps, in the remote likelihood that any may be required. Mr. Bumble is famously known for his depiction of the Queen's portraiture on the Jubilee series of postage stamps issued on January 1, 1887.
Her Majesty graciously provided a letter of introduction to the Commissioner of Stables, where Mr. Bumble's equipments will be stored until after the monsoon, and at dockside, presented him with six fortnights' supply of impeccably-starched Excelsior shirt-collars, so that his demeanor may reflect favorably when representing the Empire..." |

Late to the party, as I agree with the i.d., but often the postmark gives a clue, too. 1905 is far more likely to be KEVII than QV (though QV stamps were apparently valid for postage until 1915, according to our friend, nigelc).
Early postmarks are better for ruling out later stamps, but later postmarks are still valuable clues... |
