Well, two reasons. (1). My catalog says that ,"counterfeit overprints comprise most of the examples offered for sale in the marketplace". (2) My record on forgeries is close to 100%.
That's not enough information to tell either way, certainly not enough to suggest "nearly 100% positive" You place it in your stamp album with notation "forgeries exist" or do as floortrader suggested.
