In the Scott catalog, it is Egypt #388(20Dec1956). Issued to honor the defenders of Port Said. When President Nassar of Egypt nationalized the Suez Canal, the 3 nations of Great Britain, France, and Israel worked together to invade Egypt. One of the main battles occurred at Port Said during November, and this stamp was issued on December 20th to honor the defenders of Port Said.

British and French troops were evacuated 2 days later and the stamp was overprinted on 14Jan1957 to commemorate the departure of foreign troops.
