yeppers 1 cent early victoria unitrade #14 - minimal value but all together nice page full with shades on small queens as well as revenues (bill stamps) and of course the law stamp. The 1/2c small queen is a nice example of bad perrfing. The issue is smaller than other small queens but alot were perffed on same machine as the larger higher values.
That is a Quebec Law revenue stamp. Van Dam QL18, 1871-1890, a very common stamp but an attractive set. Apparently I can't read, since this is not the stamp you asked about! :-)
