Danko: in regard to your copy of Portugal #20, you can determine if it is a reprint by checking the paper. The 1885 reprints were on thick, white, ungummed paper (Reference: Forgeries of Portugal & Colonies, by D.J. Davies. Obviously, your copy won't have gum). The paper is further described as being "excessively white" (Serrane Guide). The 1905 reprints were generally overprinted 'specimen' or 'prova.' I'm not aware of reprints being used; altho that is possible for the 1885 reprints as the occasion for reprinting many values was the Congress of the U.P.U. taking place in Lisbon.
This issue also has been forged several times. The most common forgery would show the "R" of the word "Reis" having a straight leg rather than slightly curved. The king's nose would protrude greatly with a complementary receding chin. At quick glance, your stamp does not appear to be this forgery. Hope this all helps.
